Cervical cancer is one of the most common female cancers in Malaysia. Regular pap smear test for screening of cervical cancer and HPV vaccination are important for early detection and prevention

of cervical cancer.

For female aged between 15 and 45 years old, 3 doses of HPV vaccines are required to acquire immunity against Human Papillomavirus (HPV). On the other hand, pap smear test is recommended for females who are, or who have been sexually active between the age of 20 to 65 years old.
