Q1: What do I expect if I visit the hospital for the first time?

Please bring along your referral letter if referred from other clinics.

If there is no referral letter, you will be guided to our triage counter of Accident & Emergency (A&E) department for medical examination and professional consultation by our Medical Officer. Then, you will be directed to a specialist for further care and treatment.


Q2: Can I seek treatment at the hospital without a medical appointment?

Yes, walk-in patients are welcomed. You can also make an appointment via phone call at +607 2368 999 / +607 2330 899 during office hour, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (off on Saturday).


Q3: How do I make my payment?

Please proceed to the Billing Counter at Ground Floor to make your payment. We accept both cash and credit cards (MasterCard or Visa).


Q4: Is there any free parking lots?

Yes, ample FREE carpark spaces are available.
