• Your I/C or Birth Certificate (if you are below 15 years old) or Passport (if you are a foreigner)
• Next of kin’s identification (required for first time registration)
• Medical benefit identification documents (e.g. Letter of Guarantee, Medical Card, Referral Letter)

You need to complete the following documents at Reception Counter:

Deposit

For self-paying patients, you are required to pay a deposit upon admission. Additional deposit may be required if your stay is extended and/or the estimated bill is higher than initial estimation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Partial or waiver of deposit may be accepted if a Letter of Guarantee from the panel of Insurers and/or corporate is presented upon admission.

Kempas Suite: RM220 – RM280
A large suite with wardrobe, television, fridge, sofa, attached bathroom and a fully automated electric bed.

Single-Bedded: RM160
Air-conditioned room with attached bathroom and television.

Double-Bedded: RM95
Air-conditioned room with sharing bathroom and a television for each bed.

Three-Bedded: RM80
Air-conditioned room with sharing bathroom and a television for each bed.

Six or Seven-Bedded: RM60
Air-conditioned room with sharing bathroom and television.

Daycare: RM60
Daycare Centre provides nursing and day diagnostic procedure that does not require overnight hospital stay.

Nursery: RM60
Nursery provides a comfortable environment to welcome new born baby.

ICU
ICU is under the supervision of a team of qualified and skilled medical professionals who provide services around the clock.

Upon arrival at your designated ward, you will be given a bag toiletries and essential items. You will also be briefed on the services available.

Patient Identification
A patient identification bracelet which contains your name, NRIC and ward number will be attached to your wrist. The identification bracelet must be worn at all times during your stay in the hospital.

Consent
Upon your admission to the hospital, you would have given general agreement to treatment which may be required for your medical condition. Certain procedures, such as surgery, the administration of anaesthesia and certain diagnostic processes, would require your consent in writing. Your doctor will explain to you the procedures in order for you to understand.

Ward Round
Our doctors usually conduct their rounds to review patients in the morning and evening. They are also on duty 24-Hours a day to attend to your urgent medical needs. You may seek clarification from the doctor on any treatment, examination, procedure or drugs given to you.

Nurses Call Service
Each of our ward beds are fitted with a call bell for you to conveniently make contact with our nursing staff for assistance whenever necessary.

Valuables
We encourage you not to keep any valuable items or excessive cash with you during your hospital stay. The hospital will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables or cash kept in the ward/room.

Food Services
A well-balanced nutritional diet is vital in promoting faster recovery and improve patient’s health. Here, you can freely choose your meals from our daily menu. If you are on a restricted diet, we urge you to comply with your doctor or dietician’s advice. Should you require any nutritional advices, you can also request to consult with our dietitian.

Visiting Hours
Your family and friends are welcome to visit you during your stay at our hospital. For your well being and that of other patients, we would appreciate the co-operation of your visitors in adhering to the rules during their visit.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hospital. Kindly do not bring cigarette packets to the hospital and ask your family members or friends to help you get better by helping you stay smoke free.

Leaving the Ward
Please inform the ward staff before leaving the ward at any time. For your safety, we request that you do not leave the hospital premises without the permission of your doctor-in-charge.
