Stationed nurse or medical officer will assess your condition (e.g. pulse checking, blood pressure, temperature, etc) to classify patient category.

Patient will be registered at the triage counter. Kindly present the following document(s) during registration process:

1. Identification Card/Passport
2. Insurance Card or Guarantee Letter (GL) if applicable

Medical officer will attend to your condition. You may be referred to a specialist depending on your initial diagnosis.
