Based on the recent health statistics in Malaysia, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, and esophageal cancer are becoming more common in Malaysia. Thus, our general surgeon, Dr Ho Choon Aik, was invited as a speaker to give a talk on this topic to increase public awareness. As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure, so early endoscopic screening is crucial to identify the early stage of gastrointestinal cancer.  Anyone aged 40 years and above or those presented with unexplained abdominal signs and symptoms is advised to come to Kempas Medical Centre for a comprehensive endoscopy.
